Cape & Islands Renewable Energy Collaborative
(Chapter of Northeast Sustainable Energy Association)

CIRenew is a nonprofit, participatory collaborative with an overall objective of maximizing benefits and minimizing adverse impacts associated with energy supply and use in the Cape & Islands region. Through CIRenew, individuals and organizations participate in research, outreach, education, planning, and other activities focused on expanding the role of renewable resources in meeting local energy requirements and in improving economic, environmental, and social conditions in Cape & Islands communities.

National Association of Home Builders

NAHB serves the home building, development and remodeling industry by promoting policies that encourage the production of quality housing that meets the needs of families across the economic spectrum. National Trust for Historic Preservation

The Preservation Green Lab advances research that explores the value that older buildings bring to their communities, and pioneers policy solutions that make it easier to reuse and green older and historic buildings. The Green Lab seeks to minimize carbon impacts from the built environment through direct emissions reductions from building retrofits and reuse, and to conserve character-rich and human-scale communities that attract people to more sustainable, urban living patterns.
